You will need a high-resolution(300ppi) .PNG file with a transparent background(NO BACKGROUND)Files that have a background and you didn't purchase the $10 edit will be as is with background and no refunds will be given. If you need the background removed it will be an additional $10 charge, select the background removal in the dropdown of this listing in addition to the sizes you want for your designs. 

Turnaround Time & Cancellations
Our current turnaround time for custom DTF orders is 2–4 business days. If you need your order sooner, please select the Rush Fee add-on at checkout (orders placed with rush before 1 PM are ready the next business day by closing time).

Please note: Orders cannot be canceled simply because the turnaround time was not read or planned for.

• Canceled orders will be subject to a 30% restocking/cancellation fee to cover materials and processing costs.

• Refunds will not be issued in full once an order has been placed.

We encourage customers to plan ahead or use the Rush option if they need same/next-day service.
